We aim to despatch goods within 48 hours if the goods are in stock. However, many items are made to order so please allow up to 28 days for your order to arrive. Please let us know if you need your order by a specific date and we will let you know if we can meet your deadline. If we are unable to fulfil all the items on your order, the outstanding items will be forwarded separately as soon as possible. There will be no additional delivery charge for items delivered separately.

Orders under £20 (excluding VAT)
The cost is £5.95 (ex vat) and will be by Royal Mail. Delivery by this method may take up to 10 days. You will have the option to upgrade to courier delivery at check out (see details below).
Orders over £20 (excluding VAT)
The cost is £19.50 (ex vat) per box and will be sent by our courier. The delivery will be tracked and must be signed for on receipt. If products are in stock delivery by this method will be within 48 hours. Please note that many of our products are made to order and may take up to 28 days to arrive. If your order is required urgently please call us to check stock availability.
We ship to over 180 countries.
All international deliveries are charged at cost price based on the weight of the goods ordered. We will charge you £10 for standard postal delivery when you buy online, which covers the cost of 80% of orders. We will contact you for additional payment should the actual cost exceed £10.

Orders from outside the UK and Republic of Ireland will also need to be accompanied by an I.D. - Personal Number.
Please also note that we can not be held responsible for Taxes, Duties or Customs charges which may be incurred for overseas orders.
When buying online customers from outside the EU should register on the site with their full address details before checking out or VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate.
Some goods may not be purchased in certain countries due to local laws and regulations or due to licensing rights. Please note that you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
We regret that we are unable to ship flammable products abroad via airmail due to health and safety reasons. We can, however, ship them via surface mail.
Collection from our warehouse is by prior arrangement only. Please telephone before making the journey. Goods can only be released against an official written order in our possession, or by credit card payment.
Reporting an Order as Missing
If you believe your order has been lost and 15 days (UK) or 28 days (international) have passed since we confirmed dispatch, please contact our Customer Care Team on 01992 716052.
Please note, we will hold all deliveries to schools during school holidays unless you inform us that you would like the order released immediately.
